GraSnoW (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit grasnowapp.com (or our hosted site) and when you join our customer waitlist or apply as a service provider.

Who we are

GraSnoW is building a platform for exterior property services (lawn care, snow removal, and recurring maintenance) in the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada.

Information we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily provide through our waitlist and provider signup forms:

• Full name
• Email address
• City (to understand service interest by area)
• Signup type (customer waitlist or provider application)

We may also collect basic technical information when you browse our site (for example, browser type and pages visited), typically through standard web server logs used for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers on this marketing site.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Register you on our waitlist or record your provider application
• Contact you about early access, product updates, and onboarding
• Understand demand by city and role (customer vs. provider)
• Respond to questions and support requests
• Operate, secure, and improve our website

We collect personal information only with your knowledge and consent, as described at the point of signup and in our Terms of Use.

Email and CASL (Canada)

If you join the waitlist or apply as a provider, you may receive emails about your signup and GraSnoW’s launch. Under Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL), we rely on your express consent when you agree to our Terms and this Policy at signup. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by replying to our message or emailing grasnowapp@gmail.com.

How we store and protect information

Waitlist submissions are stored on our web server (for example, in a secured data file) and may trigger an email notification to our team. If our primary server handler is unavailable, we may use a third-party form delivery service (FormSubmit) to relay your submission to our inbox.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a pre-launch product. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:

• With service providers who help us host the site, deliver email, or process form submissions (under confidentiality obligations)
• When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety
• With your consent, or as part of a business transaction (for example, merger) with notice where required

Retention

We keep waitlist and application records for as long as needed to manage signups, communicate with you, and develop our service, or until you ask us to delete them (subject to legal retention requirements).

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications
• Request deletion of your information, where we are not required to retain it

Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
